Why we built this
Finding the right logistics partner should not take months.
Ian Spencer
Founder, FulfilQ
I built FulfilQ because finding the right logistics partner shouldn't come down to only who can offer the cheapest rate.
After years working with growing businesses, I've seen how much impact the right 3PL or logistics provider can have. And how painful it becomes when the operational fit simply isn't there.
Every brand is different. Order profiles, products, sales channels, integrations, packaging, returns, international shipping and growth plans all matter. A provider that works brilliantly for one ecommerce brand can be completely wrong for another.
That's why I built FulfilQ around operational fit, not a race to the bottom on price.
The goal is simple: understand what a brand actually needs, then help them discover logistics providers genuinely equipped to support it.
Price will always matter. But the cheapest quote means very little if the operation behind it can't support where your business is going.
