Logan: the AI logistics assistant that matches you on operational fit
Ask a logistics question or describe your operation. Logan gives you a straight answer, then a shortlist of providers that genuinely fit, with the reasons why.
What Logan actually does
Choosing a 3PL or logistics partner usually means weeks of discovery calls, quotes that can’t be compared like for like, and a nagging worry that you’ve missed a question that matters. Logan exists to shorten that process without cutting corners.
Logan is FulfilQ’s AI logistics assistant. It has two jobs. It answers the logistics questions ecommerce brands, retailers and enterprises actually have, and it matches you to providers in the FulfilQ network based on how well their operation fits yours. It covers 3PLs, ecommerce fulfilment, warehousing, freight forwarding, customs clearance and more, across the UK, USA, Europe and Australia.
Ask it what you’d ask a logistics consultant
Logan is useful long before you’re ready to sign with anyone. Brands ask it how import duty and VAT are worked out on goods from China, what changes when you start shipping to US customers from a UK base, how to prepare a warehouse for peak, what batch and expiry tracking really involves for supplements, and when it makes sense to move from fulfilling in-house to a 3PL.
The answers are written for operators. No fluff, no upsell, and where the honest answer is “it depends”, Logan tells you what it depends on.
How Logan matches you to a logistics partner
Start by describing your operation in plain English: what you sell, roughly how many orders you ship each month, which channels you sell through and where your customers are. Logan picks out the details that matter and asks about anything it needs that you haven’t mentioned, such as SKU count, bulky or fragile items, returns, B2B orders or international delivery.
It then scores every vetted provider in our network on operational fit. Vetted partners appear first because we’ve interviewed and verified them ourselves. Within each group, the order is decided by fit alone. No provider can pay for a higher score.
What a Logan shortlist looks like
Say you run a supplements and skincare brand on Shopify, Amazon and QVC, shipping around 2,000 orders a month across 150 SKUs, with batch and expiry tracking, returns and UK and EU delivery. Logan will play back what it picked up so you can correct anything it got wrong, then show its strongest match with a fit score and the specific reasons that provider suits your requirements. In this case: strong on multichannel and EU lanes, but QVC isn’t a listed integration, so confirm how those orders will reach the warehouse.
That watch point is the part most brands value. It’s the question you’d otherwise discover three months after go-live.
Why Logan doesn’t lead with price
Price matters, and you’ll get quotes. But the cheapest rate card means very little if the operation behind it can’t handle your products, your channels or your peak. Most logistics relationships that fail do so on fit, not price. Logan is built to surface the providers equipped to support where your business is going, so the price conversation happens with the right people.
Logan or an RFP: which should you use?
Use Logan when you want advice, want to explore options or want to see who’s out there before committing time. Use an RFP when you’re ready to go to market. You describe your requirements once, we score your brief against the network, and only providers scoring 80% or more get in touch. Many brands do both: Logan first to sharpen their thinking, then an RFP to bring the best fits to them.
Where you can use Logan
Logan works on FulfilQ.com and on WhatsApp, so you can pick up a conversation wherever you are. A Chrome extension and a Shopify app are planned for early 2027.
