Meet Logan
Logistics advice that knows your operation.
Logan is FulfilQ’s AI logistics assistant, built to do two jobs well.
The first is advice. Ask it how duty works on goods from China, what to plan for before expanding into the US, or whether you’ve outgrown fulfilling from your own unit. You get a straight answer, not a sales pitch.
The second is matching. Tell Logan what you sell, your monthly orders, your channels and where your customers are. It asks what it needs, scores every vetted provider in our network on operational fit and returns a shortlist with the reasons behind each match. From there you can contact providers directly or hand it over as a free RFP.

Why we built this
Finding the right logistics partner should not take months.
Ian Spencer
Founder, FulfilQ
I built FulfilQ because finding the right logistics partner shouldn't come down to only who can offer the cheapest rate.
After years working with growing businesses, I've seen how much impact the right 3PL or logistics provider can have. And how painful it becomes when the operational fit simply isn't there.
Every brand is different. Order profiles, products, sales channels, integrations, packaging, returns, international shipping and growth plans all matter. A provider that works brilliantly for one ecommerce brand can be completely wrong for another.
That's why I built FulfilQ around operational fit, not a race to the bottom on price.
The goal is simple: understand what a brand actually needs, then help them discover logistics providers genuinely equipped to support it.
Price will always matter. But the cheapest quote means very little if the operation behind it can't support where your business is going.
FulfilQ launched in early August 2026, so the network is young and growing every week.

Growth partners are interviewed and checked by us. The order changes on every visit.
Fit isn’t a feeling. It’s something we score.
Ian Spencer, Founder
Logistics partnerships rarely break down over the rate card. They break down when the operation behind it was never built for the brand that signed. A warehouse that’s brilliant with bulky homewares can struggle with 150 SKUs of batch-tracked supplements, and a provider that integrates with your channels may still see you as their smallest account.
That’s why every vetted provider on FulfilQ is scored against what a brand actually needs: products, order profile, channels, integrations, delivery regions, services and where the business is heading. RFPs only go to providers scoring 80% or more.
Vetted partners go a step further. We interview them, dig into how they really operate and check their profile against it. No one can pay their way to a higher score.

Start with the customer promise, not the warehouse location
A UK EU fulfilment strategy stops being a theoretical supply-chain exercise the moment customers see different delivery dates, duties at checkout, or a returns address in another country.

A customer in Paris does not care that your stock started in a warehouse outside Birmingham. They care whether duty appears unexpectedly at checkout, whether tracking updates make sense, and whether a return is practical.

A batch recall is not the moment to discover that your warehouse can identify the product, but not the customers who received a particular production run.
